Information on data processing
In accordance with Article 13(1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we inform you, that by contacting us you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data, and that the Administrator of your personal data will be QIVI PROPERTY with headquarters in Wrocław, 233a Grabiszyńska Street, Wrocław, 53-235.
The legal basis for the processing of your data will be: the necessity to take action at your request prior to the conclusion of the agreement; the necessity to fulfil the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator; the necessity for the purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator.

We would also like to inform you, that you have the right to do so: access to your personal data; request to correct and complete your personal data; request to delete your personal data, in particular if you withdraw your consent to the processing if there is no other legal basis for processing; request to limit the processing of your personal data; object to the processing of your data; transfer your personal data; file a complaint to the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data, i.e. the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data (PL: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
To the extent that your data are processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent given prior to the withdrawal.
